Participation at Own Risk Statement
By booking and participating in a tour organized under the brand Adventurer, including their employees, guides, and partners, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment and Consent
   By confirming your booking through any channel (including direct booking,
   WhatsApp, email, or platforms such as Viator or GetYourGuide), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Liability Waiver and Terms & Conditions, and that you participate in this activity at your own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in the tour involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, weather conditions, terrain hazards, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
3. Health and Fitness
   I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in this activity and that I do not have any condition that would prevent my safe participation.
4. Compliance with Instructions
   I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the tour guide or organizer at all times.
5. Limitation of Liability
   I acknowledge that Adventurer, including their employees, guides, and partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in the tour, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Personal Belongings
   I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the tour.
